What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, service selection, message, and the time of submission.
The contact handler uses your IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions. It does not include your IP address in the enquiry record or application logs. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.
This site sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
We use your enquiry to respond and, if it leads to work, to communicate with you about that work. We use technical information to operate the contact form and prevent abuse. We do not use your enquiry for marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes contact submissions. Resend delivers contact-form enquiries to our email provider. These providers process your submission to deliver your enquiry to us. We do not sell or rent your information, or pass your enquiry to advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and referrers. It sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and does not fingerprint visitors. We cannot identify you from it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to actual engagements are retained as long as required for business and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
